Our Holiday Program is held at the Grove Precinct at 1 Leake Street (Cnr Stirling Hwy), Peppermint Grove. Directions upon entry into the building will be in place on the day.

Air-conditioned room with an adjoining outdoor courtyard, which has shaded umbrellas and tables.

Bathrooms are easily accessible within the building.

Filtered water stations are also located within the building.

Wheelchair access is available.

Free below-ground parking for the duration of the event. Parking is also available across the road at the shopping centre. Kindly note, there is a time limit for parking at the shopping centre.

Food options and eateries are nearby, including on Napoleon Street.

We kindly suggest attendees arrive 10 minutes prior to the event.

Breaks will be allocated throughout the day. These will be detailed in the event schedule, which will be provided on the day. Students are welcome to take their breaks in the outdoor courtyard that adjoins the room.

Bring your happy self! You will also require paper/notebook, pens, highlighters and a scientific calculator.

We will be teaching directly from our Coursebook, so we recommend that students follow along and add notes to their copy, which will be provided to them on the day.

Yes! Students will be able to take a look at our resources, and purchases can be made on the day through cash-only sales.

If you pre-purchase your resources online, you can choose to have your parcel sent immediately, or it can be collected on the day of the event you are enrolled in. In this case, please select “Pickup” at the Checkout.

We appreciate bookings for our Holiday Program, whether it be for one or all three of our offerings. As we have consciously kept the price of enrolments at a lower margin, we do not offer further discounts.

All enrolments are final. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for inability to attend, or if attendees choose to leave the venue prior to the end of the Holiday Program.

This is a student-only event for students enrolled in Year 11 or 12. Students in younger year groups with the desire to learn Year 11 and/or 12 material are welcome to attend. Parents, teachers, tutors, or the like, are not permitted to attend.

Attendees are not permitted to make a recording of any of the event’s audio and/or visual elements.

Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited in the precinct.

We are conscious of the fact that this is a holiday break and that a lot of families have pre-booked wonderful experiences for their families throughout the month of January.

With this in mind, we feel a one-day event is not imposing on the holiday period, yet offers the opportunity to learn in a condensed way.

We see all students as unlimited and we help them achieve their goals/visions in whatever shape or form.

The terms and conditions apply to all who enrol in Sciencebook’s January Holiday Program(s).

We are grateful to help a high volume of students and we kindly request the following.

Full payment is due upon booking and must be received prior to the start of the Holiday Program. Payment is through our website using a debit or credit card. Payment confirms your booking.

Sciencebook reserves the right to vary the Holiday Program offerings at any time. For instance, classes may be changed or cancelled. In the event that a class is cancelled, all attendees will be notified with the option to reschedule. If rescheduling the event is unsuccessful, a full refund will be provided.
